5. Intellectual Property
The StickyPro name, logo, design, website layout, and all original content are the intellectual property of StickyPro and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Your content:
Any notes, text, or images you create using StickyPro belong entirely to you. We make no claim over user-generated content. Since your data never leaves your browser, we have no access to it whatsoever.
Open-source components:
StickyPro makes use of Tailwind CSS (MIT License). Their respective licences remain in effect and unaffected by these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of the Service
- That defects will be corrected
Important: Your notes are stored in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser data, browser updates, or device changes. We strongly recommend keeping backups of important notes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StickyPro and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or notes
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Service interruption or downtime
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the Service
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed zero, as the Service is provided free of charge.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without notice. Upon discontinuation, you will no longer be able to access the Service, but any notes stored locally in your browser will remain on your device.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Simply closing the website and clearing your browser's localStorage data will remove all locally stored information.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
